RESPONSIBILITIES:

For our Clients:
  • You will ideate, create & manage all the writing for our diverse clients including their core messages, website copy, any articles & newsletters
  • You will be asked to come up with creative concepts for marketing campaigns and be responsible for writing meaningful content and social posts that will drive engagement and impact
  • You will craft and execute communication audits for clients where you will also look into the clarity of their brand’s messaging, specifically around the frameworks of Brand Personality, Voice, and Tone

Rethink Creative is looking for a Brand Strategist to be the day-to-day lead on strategic workstreams across client accounts and new business efforts. The Brand Strategist will be responsible for driving high quality, high performing, engaging and innovative work for clients, while also contributing to overall agency thought leadership. We are looking for a team-oriented Graphic Designer, who is willing to take risks in the pursuit of creating and developing empathic relationships with clients and their brands. We are interested in someone who will confidently present their designs, explain their rationale and tell a story of why the design helps the client strategically. We strongly believe that progress is better than perfection. The graphic design must also be able to work in tandem with brand strategists and client managers in order to execute the project in the client’s best interests. This role reports directly to the Creative Director.

We are looking for a Business Developer to research, target and cultivate new leads in the mission-minded non-profit and business markets. The Business Developer must be agile and adapt to the ever-changing nature of a client opportunity. They will also be expected to internalize Rethink Creative’s unique value proposition and its service offerings. The role is also expected to assist the account management team with email communications and meetings throughout the lifespan of the client relationship. This position is highly outcome-based, therefore, compensation will reflect that. The Business Developer will work closely with the CEO, assisting them in outbound lead generation and prospecting.

We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress Developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates. To ensure success as a WordPress Developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. Ultimately, a top-class WordPress Developer can create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications of the client.

We are looking for an organized and creative Videographer to plan, film and edit video content according to client needs. The videographer is responsible for transporting or setting up this equipment, shooting, hauling it away, and then creating the movie or video.

  • You will conceive of and develop creative solutions for addressing client campaigns and strategic goals through audiovisual assets
  • You will generate ideas for Rethink Creative video projects for internal marketing purposes
  • You will film videos on set or on location and edit footage in post-production
  • You will create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, external promotional social videos and client videos
